Blue Lake

I’ve always loved the colours of the outback. As someone drawn to bright and vibrant colours, I was truly struck by the absolute natural beauty of the orange sand when I first visited central Australia. It is a moment that has always stayed with me, and an experience I have always aspired to share with others.
 
The outback is a stunning example of nature’s canvas, on full display for everyone to enjoy, embrace and be inspired by. This painting is about the rich warm colours of the earth and the cool calm of an inland lake captured from above where time stands still. A true celebration of colour.
 
My art is mainly inspired by nature. Nothing else can influence how amazing it makes us feel to see it, to be in it, and to experience it. It is how we connect.
